1. Introductory Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter 'T&C') govern the contractual relations between the travel agency Boho breaks, operated by Markéta Sitárová...
- guide services in the Czech Republic and abroad
- creation and preparation of individual itineraries and travel programs
- assistance during trips and themed programs
- recommendation and arrangement of additional services through contractual partners (accommodation, transport, tickets, meals)
The Provider is not a travel agency or tour operator within the meaning of Czech law.
2. Conclusion of the Contract
The contract between the provider and the customer is concluded upon confirmation of the order (oral, written, or electronic) and payment of the agreed price.
By placing the order, the customer confirms that they have read these T&C and agree to them.
3. Price and Payment Terms
The service price is determined according to the provider’s current offer or individual agreement.
The customer is obliged to pay the price in advance based on the issued invoice.
Unless otherwise agreed, the price covers only the provider's services. All other costs (accommodation, transport, tickets, insurance, etc.) are borne by the customer.
4. Rights and Obligations of Participants
The Provider undertakes to:
- provide the customer with the agreed services in the agreed scope and time
- inform the customer about the conditions for using additional services
- act with due care and in the interest of the customer
The Customer undertakes to:
- pay the service price properly and on time
- provide truthful data necessary for service realization
- follow the guide’s instructions and behave safely, respecting local rules
5. Changes and Cancellation Conditions
The customer has the right to cancel the booked service. In this case, the following cancellation fees apply:
- more than 50 days before the service – 10% of the service price (min. 200 CZK/person)
- 49–31 days before the service – 25% of the service price
- 30–16 days before the service – 50% of the service price
- 15–4 days before the service – 75% of the service price
- 3 days or less before the service – 100% of the service price
The amount already paid will be used to cover the relevant cancellation fee; any overpayment will be refunded, underpayment must be settled by the customer.
The Provider may cancel the service in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, force majeure). In this case, the customer will receive a full refund.
6. Liability
The Provider is responsible for the proper provision of the agreed services.
The Provider is not liable for third-party services (e.g., accommodation, transport, tickets) arranged by the customer independently or on the Provider's recommendation.
The customer travels at their own risk and is obliged to arrange appropriate travel insurance.
7. Personal Data Protection
The Provider processes customers' personal data in accordance with legal regulations and a separate document 'Personal Data Processing Policy (GDPR)'.
Data are used solely for providing services and are not shared with unauthorized persons.
8. Final Provisions
These T&C are valid and effective from 1. 9. 2025.
Legal relations between the provider and the customer are governed by the law of the Czech Republic.
